Oh please. How many times are we going to give companies a pass for this? It's 2019 already. HD development should not be an issue, especially for one of the biggest IP's in the world. They rushed it out to catch holiday sales and the game suffered for this. Its bad when EA, Sony, and MS are doing this, it's bad when Nintendo is doing it. |
2019 has nothing to do with it. Look at GameFreak in particular, they have very little experience outside portable gaming devices. Clearly they have struggled with the transition. Certainly the game was rushed as well. And nobody is getting a pass. S/S is sitting at an 81 at Meta. It isn't sitting at a 97 with 80 perfect scores. Reviewers have noted the issues facing the game. The folks here won't STFU about it. The reality is S/S is a good game, not great, but not horrible either. And the haters can't stand that it is a good game.
