Yeah, prequels were mostly pretty shite as well, but looking at them from this POV they're at least tolerable compared to this Disney's SW dreck.

They're not really, they're worse written and acted like a 6th grade play (which is embarrassing consider the level of talent the actors have). Just because the Disney SW films adhere more to nostalgia and didn't give hero Luke doesn't change that they're better acted, better written, and have better cinematography along with a functional story at least. The Phantom Menace doesn't even have a main character, lol. Just basic levels of fail.
