Probably a good decission, although I doubt Sony is happy with it. Good chance they will end Spidey is involvement in the MCU after this agreement is over. Disney probably isn't too thrilled about this either. Since while this deal undoubtly will make Disney is profits bigger, it will probably not be enough.
