I don't see a substantial audience for this.
"Core" gamers will ignore it for making them exert themselves to a greater degree than lifting a cheeto to their mouth, and casuals will just go for a jog or to a real gym instead.
Also, those two actors were creepy as fuck, it was like they'd downed a whole bottle of Ritalin before the camera rolled and ate the cameraman alive and drank his soul as soon as "cut" was called.
