I, on the other hand, replace my phone every 3 years. I literally put $20 aside every month for three years towards my "phone budget" then take that money at the 36th month and buy whatever best phone I can get at that price. I adopt the same budgeting approach towards buying my consoles too lol. |
Well is my phone a rarity or was their's because mine still works fine mechanically. As for phones with bad batteries, even the more expensive one's can blow up in your pocket. I would agree just buying any generic cheap phone is potentially asking for trouble, but with a little research you can get something worthwhile for a reasonable price. How you handle it and take care of it also has to be taken into account.
