Jokes aside, Dune series is one of my favorites books and I believe it still a movie that will be hard to realize on the big screen just like the previous one. It will take a director with a good vision to realize this move correctly and get the cinematography right. Oh well, it might make me revisit the whole series again like Peter Jackson made me revisit the Hobbit and LoTR. |
Yeah i really need to go get a second hand copy in dutch for Dune,i normally do not trust buying second hand online that much but really want to risk it for this one,i do read english books but it not being my native language does break immersion and i need that for fantasy dystopian books. :p
Peter Jackson did good with the LoTR in my opinion but the Hobbit trilogy was such a big let down and i would say a stretched out moneygrab while sacrificing the plot,he has the ability to direct good movies but it has been a long time since LoTR and everything he made after that was lesser quality.
