It's a shame how underappreciated Machikado Mazoku is. The second episode actually was much better with all the exposition out of the way. We get loads of character development and even some plot progression it feels like a reverse Hitoribocchi. Every character is so adorable and magical girl is such a troll. Overall a very funny and very heartwarming anime. It's a clear cut 9/10 for me just like Hitoribocchi was.
edit: Just found out the director is the one responsible for Di Gi Charat and also worked on Milky Holmes. So this is the perfect show for him.
