Not bad overall = everyone did okayish (or atleast not bad).

I just think its wrong to use it like that "not bad overall", when thats not actually true imo.

It was missing a period (and possibly starting a new line) to make it clear that it didn't have anything to do with the previous part of the sentence. Also, you're missing an apostrophe
