That's factually untrue; Japan does not make up the majority of Switch sales, in fact it doesn't even account for a quarter of global Switch sales.

You have every right to think it is overrated, but clearly the market does not agree as it is one of the fastest selling systems in history.

It makes no sense to claim that because you personally think it's overrated, any newcomer is a threat to it. Sales trends show that Playstation and Switch sales don't directly eat into each other.

That's all my opinion, take it or not, it's all up to you, I never say I can represent the market, I made the statements personally, and concluded what I personally thought about, I never say it's coming 100%, but maybe your right, history told that Japan is Nintendo land, nothing can come even close to Nintendo there, not to mention any threat.

It just doesn't seem likely to me that a newcomer, even PS5, will stall the Switch when they occupy different niches. Switch's success hasn't damaged PS4's sales, and PS4's success hasn't stopped the Switch selling great. People buy them for different reasons, and since PS5 is unlikely to be a hybrid and won't have Nintendo's first party games it won't provide the things people buy a Switch for and therefore won't stop it selling.
