Her name is Hannah Hoekstra, and yes she is a Dutch actress. Apparently she became famous by playing a fairly naughty girl in a more European style movie. Who could have guessed? Not sure how to properly pronounce her last name, but if its the way I think it sounds, it explains the naughty bit. lol.
