Updated the OP title to reflect the facts that its not the entire Senate that came to the conclusion, but the Senate Intelligence Committee that have found no evidence of collusion after all the years. I've also updated the OP Title to reflect that it was a Bipartisan decision by both Democrats and Republicans on the committee that found zero evidence of collusion. All of this clears up any confusion the OP might have given.
