I'm gonna assume this is a prediction. There's no way the PS4 and XB1 could be THAT low considering January had Resident Evil 2 and Kingdom Hearts III. Even if they were released in the last week of the month, those are still two major games that sold huge numbers. They had to have had a noticeable effect on hardware.
