If it's a good game, there's absolutely no reason it shouldn't be a full priced game. Are you worrying about value for your money of something? I've probably poured more time into Sim City 4 than nay game ever--hundreds of hours over the course of 4 years. Now, I'm still not sure it will be a good game, what with Sim City Societies making me wary and the way Maxis still seems to be trying to dumb down Sim City since 4 (the power plant stuff they were saying sounds a little dicey as well). But I'm cautiously optimistic, and, as I said, there's no reason a good Sim City game should be a budget title.
My consoles and the fates they suffered:
Atari 7800 (Sold), Intellivision (Thrown out), Gameboy (Lost), Super Nintendo (Stolen), Super Nintendo (2nd copy) (Thrown out by mother), Nintendo 64 (Still own), Super Nintendo (3rd copy) (Still own), Wii (Sold)
