Obviously, yes. I'm not sure why you would be talking about purchasing joy cons and docks separately for a Switch Portable if you didn't think that a Switch Portable would support using joy cons and docks. Are you claiming a Switch Portable wouldn't support joy cons and docks? Care to tell me how "As such an optional upgrade path with separate dock and controller purchases would just be there to leave the option open for customers if they should later decide that they want TV usage with their console." doesn't mean this Switch Portable would support using joy cons and docks?
