How were 2017 numbers by comparison? Because I expect the gap between PS4 and the rest to have been even larger in 2017 than in 2018.
Edit: According to a post in the link, Switch total sales are at 730K, meaning Switch sold 340K last year, so an almost 15% increase over last year.
Here's the post in question, with totals for all platforms, even older ones:
PS3 - 3,000,000
PS4 - 2,900,000
PSP - 2,400,000
PS Vita - 700,000 Approx
NDS - 4,500,000
3DS - 2,100,000 Approx
Wii - 2,800,000
WiiU - Approx. 250,000
Switch - 730,000
Xbox 360 - 1,150,000
