If the UK is going to be so hopelessly screwed when they leave the EU, why is the EU trying so desperately to hold onto the UK? Because they care oh so much about it's people and 'lousy' economy or because when the UK leaves and ends up just fine, or possibly better off, it will mean even more trouble for the EU and it's fed up members?
