Not really sure about that, Sega/Atlus games is nowhere as important as Final Fantasy/Kingdom Hearts and most JP 3d parties need Sony more than Sony need them

Out of all the popular genres in Japan, the JRPGs sell exceptionally well in handhelds, considering their pick-up and play nature. And considering the Switch is quickly reaching PS4 numbers in Japan, japanese publishers might not feel that going through the hustle of PS4's censorship might be worth it if there's a pretty decent alternative. Not to mention the growing PC market for JRPGs.
