Wrong! You're hasty! Not three but five weeks... 

For instance, Ps4 Ltd sales are well over 6m as of last week ( 6.1m probably) according to the official update that you have seen while 5.54m here as of first week of November.

 

Oh wait I thought the hardware numbers in the UK Tab were for 17th November whoops.
