It sounds likely Switch was already over 1m by end of Cyber Monday and the 8.2m LTD isn't accurate. With 5 more days to track after that I think somewhere in the region of 1.2-1.5m Switch sales for November NPD is what we are looking at.

 people really need to see the PR spin here, it's comparing those days only, so comparing to wii makes no sense. wii could have  sold 500k  Wednesday and 300k Thursday, and probably completely sold out the other days.   

This is nearly impossible for two reasons: 1) Stores were universally closed on Thanksgiving Thursday before 2012. 2) Up until very recent years, Black Friday sales could only be redeemed on or after Black Friday, not before.
