I don't think they will do anything, and if they do it would be very hypocritical. They could very well laugh and say "Russians still have a long way to go before rivaling with us!" .... 

Pfft! Japan is paradise compared to Russia. Never saw Satoru Iwata yell at and threaten his staff.

If you don't think that managers at a corporate Japanese companies haven't yelled at their employees, you are surely more naive than I thought.
