I guess a lot of people here have never had a boss that blamed other people for their own incompetence and lack of leadership skills? Employees that screw up should be reprimanded and given advice on how to improve, not be berated to serve someone else's ego. If he's the CEO of the company he should be more concerned with figuring out how to make it work than berating everyone else around him. Pretty unprofessional.
