Probably not, but I worry about them being taken down "just to be on the safe side". The 3rd party publishers don't really seem to care about ROM's of out of circulation games, and some of them like Acclaim don't even exist anymore.

Well the bigger worry is that more publishers will now take action as well. They see that it works now.
