Not even close, Vita real power is like ~ 35 gflops only, the best looking game on it is Killzone Mercenaries and it got nothing on Killzone 3 - a middle gen game on ps3. Basically, vita graphic = early ps3 at best with downgrade settings. New 3DS is 15 Gflops, Vita is 10 times stronger? Don't make me laugh. About old 3DS, it is at least ~ 5 - 6 glofps or even more, put Resident Evil Revelation and Uncharted Golden Abyss side by side, is it 10 times gap? Not to mention, Uncharted GA look even worse than Uncharted 1 - early game on ps3, the static textures of Uncharted GA is straight ps2 era. Monster Hunter 3 Utimate on 3ds look way better than any MH game on ps2, even better looking than MH3 on Wii while we know Wii>GameCube>ps2 power. Monster Hunter Stories/E.X.Troopers also look better than any anime games on ps2. The only reason many 3ds games look bad is because 240p screen, if Nintendo up it to 480p, it will look at least 10 times better. Just look at citra, that emulator just increase 3ds game's resolution and it look completely different. Do research first, please.
Old PS2 game giveing MHW 3 ultimate a run for its money imo in terms of graphics.
They look close enough imo to call it a wash.
Rest of what you wrote was just gibberish. You cant change facts, about how powerfull devices are, because of how you precieve graphics in certain games.
https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/Hardware The PICA200 in the 3DS runs at 268MHz, which going by the numbers would make the 3DS 6.432 GFLOPS. 3DS to New 3DS: dual core CPU clock at 268 mhz to quad core CPU clock at 804 mhz, double processor, 128Mb to 256Mb ram, 6Mb to 10Mb vram. Show me a ps2 game that look better than Resident Evil Revelation and an anime game on ps2 that look better than E.X.Troopers on 3DS then we will talk. Also, the only reason 3ds game look worse than ps2 is because 240p screen, when up to 480p, it look like vita graphic. Not to mention, 3DS can run some Wii, even Wii U ports, and both systems are way stronger than ps2
