Underwhelming it is then. If the PS4 has to stay above 20k for four consecutive weeks, that's setting things up for the conclusion of underwhelming sales.

Not really sure that is accurate just yet.  The PS4 still 300k+ Gap lead over the PS3 in Japan.  I have my doubts that it can continue to outpace it though for much longer.  Underwhelming?  Well it depends on what metrics you use but to me it just looks nominal.
