Can PSVR sell 7 million LT on PS4?

Do we know of any significant promotion planned for this holiday season? That would make a very big difference.  If they're going to do some aggressive pricing like they did last year, coupled with significant advertising within the PS4 on screen menus, or some other significant marketing, that might move a lot of units.
