There are too many to narrow it down to be honest. Ghost of Captain Cutler, Mummy of Anka and the Black Knight are probably my favourite OG's. The movies have some great ones too.

In the Valentines day episode in What's New Scooby Doo, it wasn't actually them though. Just people disguised so they could frame them.
