No, because they already have one, its called the Switch. Just because I can hook up my phone to my TV it does not make it a "hybrid" system, it makes it a phone first and foremost. The Switch is a dedicated handheld and the natural evolution of the concept. Both Sony and Nintendo dabbled with the idea before but now Nintendo pulled it off in a stellar fashion.So, yeah, the poll is lacking.
