No what you stated was fear mongering. Your second thing you stated I can't say I agree nor disagree with. Middle ground for me. That's why republicans and democrats fight over the supreme court. Democrats pick supreme court they'd stack and get people in there that would adhere their policies, same thing you're accusing trump would do. Sadly that's just the nature of how our politics work.
