PS Vita production to end in 2019 in Japan

Maybe it will last to 2020. We'll see. Either way after 2019 Nintendo isn't going to make money off selling new 3ds. Sales are already very low. 

I mean over 50% of Xbox Ones sales for a 240p device in 2018 is pretty good imo. Peak Vita numbers is an even higher percentage.

The 3DS is fairly cheap for Nintendo to produce and some higher end models still sell for over $150. Idk yet about 2019 but's clear it's 3DS is making some decent profit.

If it took selling less than 3k a week for Sony to discontinue the Vita, 3DS still has quite a bit to go.
