Based on what we can tell at the moment about the size of the PS1 classic, I don't know how much smaller they could make the PS2 classic vs how small the PS2 slim already was. Would be kinda weird if it was the same size and just didn't take physical media. Which kind of makes you wonder if the PS2 slim was that small with an optical drive back then, why with today's tech isn't the PS1 classic considerably smaller than they seemed to make it?
PS1 - ! - We must build a console that can alert our enemies.
PS2 - @- We must build a console that offers online living room gaming.
PS3 - #- We must build a console that’s powerful, social, costs and does everything.
PS4 - $- We must build a console that’s affordable, charges for services, and pumps out exclusives.
PRO -%-We must build a console that's VR ready, checkerboard upscales, and sells but a fraction of the money printer.
PS5 - ^ -We must build a console that’s a generational cross product, with RT lighting, and price hiking.
PRO -&- We must build a console that Super Res upscales and continues the cost increases.
