Nintendo had a lot of time to make the service good from the get go, yet they deliberately didn't, infact they even made it worse by cancelling SNES games. Of course, it's confusing as to why Nintendo has made little progress when gearing up for launch. But I still think much of this stuff can be fleshed out in the future. And yes, you'll get your SNES games in the future too.
