Only slightly perturbed. Just like the controller itself, I don't have any vested interest in NES games or vc, but I give it a minor pass because of the added functionality of online, which was generally never offered for vc. It may continue over to future of the family of Nintendo systems, which means its more connected to Nintendo Online/Nintendo Account as a platform, rather than Nintendo Switch directly. The way it develops, time will tell. I can't see a slippery slope that is that extreme so I held back criticism based on that line of thinking.
I suppose I would think about it more negatively if you still had to pay for those NES games individually after paying Nintendo Online, but I didn't see anything that points to that.
