That video has to do with Fortnite, not Civ 6. And the comparisons are no doubt graphical ones, instead of CPU speeds, which is what Civ 6 cares about. The Switch version can have PS1 era models for all I care. So long as you aren't waiting longer than 20 seconds between turns.
