I don't think it's going to happen, but honestly i do not have any hopes for the show.
The production team didn't mention anything about the game when casting the role of Geralt which is just silly. Instead we got the usual rhetoric about how Henry connected with the character, and nothing about his experience with the game/passion for the series.
