Not only that, but publishers don't give a rat's ass about where the game will sell the most, provided they get the maximum sales potential. As long as you get to reach those Switch exclusive owners, who cares if they bought the PS4 version due to it releasing early? Of course, said Switch only owners ought to be substantial in volume to actually matter as well.
