A little over a week. Was put up as soon as the Amazon Prime 20% discount ended which I believe had its last day August 28th.
As for Labo Vehicle Kit, it launches in just under 10 days.

Looks like advertisement has helped it some in Japan. Still quite dead on the US side though.
