I doubt it.
Dems wont make the same mistakes as they made in 2016. The nominee will not be a "love or hate" candidate to split the vote and shun away the people on the fence like Clinton was. The nominee will not completely ignore major swing states, just expecting to win, like Clinton did.
Trump's share of the vote will either decline or settle, primarily because of a lack of trust in him after the entire Russia thing. He's not going to gain on his 2016 numbers. The Democrat vote will likely increase, both because it's not going to be Clinton and the left will be way more motivated and united.
The next US President is probably gonna be Kamala Harris.
