I say the only true games that 360 owners would want is Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid. Resistance to the majority is another FPS. As good as GT5 is 360 already has a decent racing game. Also Uncharted I honestly doubt anyone cares anymore. My list would be:
5. Mirror's Edge
4. White Knight Story
3. Heavy Rain
2. Final Fantasy 13
1. Metal Gear Solid 4
but I already own a ps3 so whats the point.
