I thought the same thing you did...till I was holding the 60 dollar version in my hand while looking at a 20 dollar version that runs better.  Day and date to at least match pricing would  have made all the difference in the world TBH.

I'm sure I'm missing something here.  Gamestop shows Wolfenstein 2 for PS4 listed as $39.99 (not $19.99) when I look it up:
