The point is, Panic Button clearly made a choice with Doom and Wolfenstein II on Switch to retain as much of the current gen rendering tech as possible and compensate with a drop to 30fps. With Rocket League on the other hand they chose to prioritize 60fps over effects.

Rocket league isn't anywhere as demanding as those other 2 games, that's why they made that choice, that's my point.

They still could've chosen to halve Rocket League's framerate to 30fps in order to retain more of the PS4/Xbone version's graphics. Similarly, they could've chosen to strip Doom and Wolfenstein II of their PS4 tier shaders and effects in order to hit a higher resolution. It's all a matter of priority.
