Don't worry, I'm sure that PS isn't going to pass this opportunity by...is what I would've said before looking into this further. But hey, Grand Order got an arcade version, so they can port that money printer over to PS4 and call it a day.

Sadly I don't think even that will happen. After all, a KanColle arcade port never surfaced on any console, so I have to think that the arcade cabinets hold a pretty big sway when it comes to their games, especially big money otaku draws like KC/GO.
