No, that's not how pot brownies are made. And if someone made them like that for you, slap them.
You have to put it on a pan with butter, and you cook that up until the butter absorbs all the THC. Then you take that "cannibutter" and use it to make whatever you want. There shouldn't be any visible green in the brownie, because the part that gets you high is a gray-ish butter.
