That does not even matter,it stays rude and the person you say it to does not know what you see as autistic.

Its not widespread known so dont be like its clear :p

At least tell them they're being egoistic or arrogant  or edgy, be specific so people know what they need to work on. But that's my view on it so we can agree to dissagree and i would never want it to be forbidden to use certain words.

Not going to censor my non-racist/homophobic/transphobic/misogynistic language to spare feelings. If you've annoyed me to the point that I'm going to be rude about it, assess your own behavior.

And it's been pretty known ever since Hollywood decided to make it known, let's not pretend we're still in the early 2000's.
