There are already rumors floating around of potential replacements that Disney are considering for Kathleen as President of LucasFilm. Among them are:

-Jon Favreau (director and producer of Iron Man 1 and 2, Jungle Book live action, and Lion King live action)

-Dave Filoni (head of LucasFilm Animation)

-Kevin Feige (President of Marvel Studios)
