Marvel can't be replicated, give a rest with "yeah but Marvel". Marvel is a wish-fulfillment galaxy where everything from Santa Claus, Count Dracula, Star Lord, Punisher, Deadpool, Mistress Death, Sue Richards, Black Panther, Thor, Spider-Man, Dr. Strange, to Iron Man can exist (yes, Santa and Dracula are actually official entities in the Marvel universe). You could have a story in the Marvel universe with all those characters and it would be valid.
There is no genre limit to Marvel, so give it a rest with the "Marvel does it" nonsense, Star Wars is not comparable. It's a single genre with basically a single conflict. It's more analogous to the Lord of the Rings universe.
Marvel films are wildly different in the genres they can inhabit, Star Wars isn't like that.
In terms of "quality" I doubt Iron Man 2/3, Captain America 1, Thor 2 are that much better than any of Disney's SW films ... Marvel has had missteps too, people just don't care and move on with their lives.
