You even see the little white dot below it in both pictures.

Either way, I would still be bothered by the scratch on the side there. I don't want that happening, and it's easy to fix as it's just a piece of plastic that needs to be slightly redesigned.

Oh, geez, you're right.  Without being able to see any joycons buttons in the vidcap, for some reason I thought it was a pic of the whole system held vertically with a therefore horizontal scratch.  My bad.  Thanks for the closeup.
