That problem is still around? Aren't such accounts perma-banned?
Also if I may venture a thought, life is unfair, women who abhor such messages and would like to never get them, do get them on and on, it seems but we guys who would love for some sexy girl to send us dirty PM's well we don't get nothing.
Maybe I should report you ladies for not sending me naughty messages 
EDIT: My avy is cute, why does that not entice someone?
2nd EDIT: On a serious note, I don't think those accounts are bots, a bot could not know that an avatar is female in gender so if it can decide to send to someone and not to someone else it's most likely a human behind it, at least I think so.
