Once I'm paying for both, 75% of my online fees will go into the PS ecosystem, 25% into Nintendo. Given I'll likely play Switch online more than 1/3 of how much I play on PS4...it's not hard for me to rationalize. Obviously free would be better...but knowing this is a paid service is honestly old news at this point. The surprise here is what's being offered, which mostly falls in line with what I was expecting. |
It being a paid service isn't new to me either but it being 35 dollars a year is. That's my sticking point here because Nintendo did not announce that price originally. I can't justify that price on top of what I already pay for my other consoles.
