I remember watched the first episode of that, and tried to convince myself it was more than just female fan-service, even as more and more hot guys were being introduced, and the girl didn't do much more than react in typical viewer insert fashion. Then I found out the source material is an otome VN targetted at girls that like bishounens. My friend still makes fun of me for trying it out without bothering to look it up. I didn't watch it anymore than that...but I remember the animation quality being nice at least. The Persona 5 comparison is pretty funny XD --------------------- This week's Tada-kun was surprisingly emotional, that last photo from the dad made my throat tight. Miyano's character seems dumb but is surprisingly selfless towards his friends, seems like he does those characters a lot. But ho! A love rival appears...I suppose we need this red herring or the show would get boring though. I know it's supposed to be comedy, but the mom in 3D Kanojo might be one of my least favorite anime moms ever (bar actual antagonists anyway). How can you just assume your son is a pedophile based on nothing but hearsay? I'd like to see Inko Midoriya slap this idiot. I'm glad this particular drama is over, even though I'm already leery about adding a new love interest when the MC has a girlfriend. Eh...we'll see if it's handled well...or if that even pans out at all. |
Eh it's really light on those things. I hardly notice, because it simply doesn't appeal to me. It's true I found it odd that there was 1 girl and a ton of guys ie: a reverse harem. But it doesn't act like it at all. Touken Ranbu on the other hand was completely impossible to watch. The premise sounded so interesting and then it was just weird stuff.
