I feel personally offended that no one has talked about Hisone to Masotan yet. Easily the most special anime this season next to all those generic shounens and sequels.
It has a very unique art style that is reminiscent of older anime and has character emotes that feel a lot like Trigger. It also sports the best seiyuu of all time in a main role, Tomoyo Kurosawa.
And if that wasn't enough it also has the best ED of the season.
